Welcome to our work on Real Estate Finance & Adaptation

Real estate markets and decision face major adaptation challenges. Challenges regarding affordability, sustainability, healthy housing, and climate risks.

At the Maastricht Center of Real Estate (MCRE) a strong group of researchers has been studying these challenges and will continue to do so. Prof.dr. Nils Kok explains how we work on these challenges within the institute.

We work on real estate research and education to foster relevant transitions in society, and we do this with our partners of the Ministry of Housing, the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG), the BPD Housingfund, Obvion, ING Real Estate Finance, the Homeowner Association (VEH), and with Daelmans Vastgoed.

Because adaptation requires collaboration!
